3 oz bourbon whiskey
5 – 6 sprigs of mint
1 tsp sugar
Crush the sugar with four sprigs of mint in the bottom of the glass.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and then add the bourbon. Feel free to add more bourbon to fill the glass, if necessary.
Garnish with remaining mint.
