Raw Broccoli Salad












1/2 pound broccoli florets, fresh and raw
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup roasted cashew pieces
Pinch granulated garlic
Pinch white pepper
6 to 7 pieces chopped cooked bacon
1 avocado, cut into desired sized cubes


In a bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise.

Combine the all of the remaining ingredients, and mix with prepared sauce until well coated.
Makes 4 servings.
