Breakfast Shake











    1 cup of plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 cup of sliced strawberries or whole blueberries
    1 cup of fruit juice
    1 tablespoon of honey or sugar


    Slice the strawberries on a cutting board with a knife (parents may want to do this step).
    Pour all the ingredients into the blender.
    Put the lid on and blend until smooth.
    Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
